Information Sharing

Effective information sharing underpins intergrated working and is a vital element of both early intervention and safeguarding.

Hampshire Children's Trust have recently published their Information Sharing & Confidentiality policy for use by practitioners working together to support Hampshire's children. This policy encourages practitioners to share information about children and families at risk, supporting CAF processes and the effective working of teams around the child, whilst maintaining their awareness of the need to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.

The Information Sharing & Confidentiality Policy can be viewed on the Children’s Trust website: Hampshire Children's Trust Information Sharing Policy 2009
