This is the full threshold document approved by the Isle of Wight Local Safeguarding Board (LSCB).This document is different from the excerpt distributed at the LSCB Conference at the Cowes Yacht Haven in March.
The reason for this, is that as a result of detailed discussions it has been decided that due to the fact that an existent document which described thresholds, but did not completely fulfil the requirements of an LSCB threshold document had been used extensively in Isle of Wight CAF training – it would be unwise to move away from this.
Therefore, the final document combines explanatory text with the original threshold descriptors. This now becomes the official document describing thresholds. It will be reviewed annually.
